 1. Deadlines

Deadlines are useful as they provide a frame for action.

2. Rewards

Rewards are useful and can be allotted after little milestones that you have identified previously.

3. Get energised

Do whatever it takes to wake you up and get you moving forward – music, walking, exercising or dancing.

4. Positive Affirmations

The more resistance you have when you first use each positive affirmation, the more you may find that those are the ones that will be the most effective.

5. Inspiration

Looking at beautiful things or watching others overcome incredible obstacles can be very inspiring. Become an inspiration to yourself.

6. Passion

The emotional energy that gave you your goal can also motivate you to continue with it. You can tap into this by visualising what it is you are aiming to achieve.

7. Gratitude

If you are grateful, you will believe you are lucky and be thankful for that. That generates energy too.

8. Accountability (Integrity)

Is the responsibility to do what you said you were going to do. By doing this you will not let yourSelf down.

9. Making a plan

When you feel stuck, allow yourself to jump outside of the issue and come up with as many possibilities. This will allow you to come up with a plan that would motivate you.

10. Listen to your heart

This requires you to be present and conscious within yourself such that you are able to listen to your intuition and trust it.

Motivation is what’s going to keep you on track and make your dream happen. Know why you want to achieve something and what inspires you. Trust that you can achieve your dream.
